Lori made her mark in large, global consumer brands where she learned that joy isn’t fluff—it’s fuel for performance, retention, and courageous leadership.
Today, she partners with senior women leaders and small-to-midsize businesses to rewire cultures from the inside out—where connection isn’t nice-to-have, it’s the DNA of unstoppable teams. She lives in New York’s Hudson Valley with her husband, two sons, and golden retrievers, Lucy and Annie.
What first drew you to this kind of work?
“I think in some ways I’ve been doing this work my whole life. It’s part of me. But experience, loss, hardship and life gave me a deeper sense of empathy, vulnerability, and connection. As my calling would unfold, I wanted to make sure that anyone suffering in silence had an opportunity to find a path to their own healing.”

Rebecca Soltis
Rebecca Soltis

Rebecca feels deeply honored to walk alongside guests at Rooted Within Wellness, offering breath as a bridge to stillness and renewal.
What does healing look like to you?
“Healing begins when we allow ourselves to soften into the moment, trust the breath, and remember that we are already whole beneath it all.”
– Rebecca Soltis

Drew Horn
Drew Horn
Drew Horn is a licensed social work therapist, specializing in children and adolescent mental health. Drew’s work recognizes that children are all in varying developmental stages with different emotional needs, but that all children have fully complex emotions. Since children have such wonderful imaginations, it is no surprise their minds are as complex as adults. Children are incredibly resilient and able to overcome so many obstacles in life and finish their days simply wanting to play. Through play and other therapy modalities, Drew helps children identify their emotions and express them in healthy ways. Drew’s work is trauma-informed, client-centered, and aims to incorporate as much family work as possible. Drew is passionate about creating a calming, welcoming presence for children and families who are navigating life challenges. Drew is honored to connect with the Rooted Within team and guests and serve as a resource.
What first drew you to this kind of work?
“I have always wanted to work with children for two reasons: firstly, it is a time where the most impact can be made to ensure they grow up with strong resiliency and mental health coping skills and secondly, it is fun! Children are incredibly enjoyable to work with and make every day so much brighter.”
– Drew Horn
